〔摘要〕 颅脑恶性肿瘤是发生在脑神经组织的恶性肿瘤，因其细胞分化不良，生长迅速，难以根治，因而预后不良。国医大师潘敏求教授认为本病发生的病机为肝脾不调、肾气亏虚、风挟痰瘀内阻于脑，病位在脑，与肝脾肾密切相关，病理因素多强调风、痰、瘀、毒。治以“疏肝健脾，补肾益精，祛风化痰散瘀”，辨证的重点在于辨虚实，强调根据病情轻重缓急，中西协同，重视情志疏导，根据不同证型及其阶段性变化，有所侧重和兼顾。总结潘敏求教授治疗脑瘤经验，另附验案一则，加以阐明。

    〔Abstract〕 Malignant brain tumors are carcinomas occurring in the neural tissues of the brain. Due to their poor cell differentiation， rapid growth， and difficulty in achieving a cure， the prognosis for those tumors is often poor.
