〔摘要〕 姜云武教授在多年临床诊疗中发现，体外受精-胚胎移植反复失败的患者以脾肾阳虚型最为多见，此病的治疗在经络需关注冲、任、督、带四脉，在脏腑需重视脾、肾、肝三脏。姜云武教授认为，论治应根据“预培其损”原则，以“调畅冲任督带，健脾益肾调肝，心身同治宣教”之法，资生先后天经气，濡养护佑胞宫，平调月经周期，同时秉持针灸并施、衷中参西的观点，常获佳效。总结姜云武教授针灸辅助提高体外受精-胚胎移植活胎率的临证经验，以飨同道。
