〔摘要〕 放射性肠道损伤作为常见腹、盆腔恶性肿瘤放疗后的并发症，现代医学缺乏有效治疗方法。近年来，中医药在该病治疗中的优势逐渐凸显。何永恒教授从事中西医结合防治肛肠疾病的临床研究30余年，对放射性肠道损伤的治疗颇有心得。何永恒教授以“络病”理论为指导，从“毒、瘀、虚”论治放射性肠道损伤，强调该病治疗应以“通”字立法。急性期以“解毒消瘀，调和气血”为原则，提倡内外并治;慢性缓解期须培补脾肾，寓通于补，并重视加速肠道功能恢复在该病治疗中的重要作用。本文总结了何永恒教授论治放射性肠道损伤的经验，为中医药防治放射性肠道损伤提供参考。
