〔摘要〕 随着社会压力增加，不孕症发病率逐年升高，辅助生殖技术逐渐成为治疗不孕症的主要方法。胡国华教授提出治疗不孕症以“平法”为诊治大法，通过“调经、调体、调神”三调理论，以调整肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴功能。总结出育肾养卵方补肾助孕，促进卵泡发育;育肾增膜汤补肾填精，活血化瘀，改善子宫内膜容受性。本文总结了胡国华教授基于三调理论在中医药配合辅助生殖技术治疗不孕症的临证经验，为中医药配合辅助生殖技术治疗不孕症提供新的思路与方法。
