〔摘要〕 匡继林教授基于“脾为后天之本”理论，运用健脾扶正法治疗不孕症的临证经验。匡继林教授继承并创新通管方，在治疗不孕症方面取得显著成效。匡继林教授认为，不孕症多责之于脾，病机主要为痰湿内阻、瘀阻胞宫，冲任失调，难以摄精成孕，治疗应以健脾扶正、利水除湿、化瘀通络为主。附验案一则，在改善不孕症患者生殖功能中临床疗效显著，为生殖疾病的中医治疗提供新思路、新方法。
