〔摘要〕 从升降浮沉药性理论探讨四逆散方义及其所主之病因病机，并探析四逆散在儿童情志病中的应用原则。儿童情志病常由先天禀赋不足、外感六淫、他病累及、情志失调等而引发，尤与情志因素密切相关。其病机为情志内伤，气机升降失序，故治疗上注重调理气机，燮理阴阳，当辨药性之阴阳，以治人身之阴阳;察药性之升降，以调人身之升降。本研究通过文献综述和临床观察，在掌握儿童情志病发病特点和临床表现基础上，明确升降失调系儿童情志病之渊薮，依药性之升降浮沉而辨证治之。附临床案例分析，以期为临床辨证论治提供参考。
