〔摘要〕 中医对“瘢”的认识历史悠久。早在马王堆出土的《五十二病方》等医书中，就有关于“瘢”的预防和治疗的详细记载，是现存最早介绍“瘢”的预防和治疗的经典著作，为后世医家提供了重要的理论依据。该书详细地讨论了外伤性、陈旧性和烧伤性瘢痕，并提出了中草药与其他疗法结合的防治措施，强调内外兼治的治疗方式，对减少瘢痕形成具有显著疗效。后世医家在《五十二病方》的基础上，通过理论创新和实践积累，不断完善瘢痕治疗体系，使治疗方法多样化，药物选材精准化。现代医学从《五十二病方》中汲取了宝贵的经验，特别是在外伤性、陈旧性及烧伤性瘢痕治疗方面，指导了中医特色瘢痕治疗产品的研发，为当代医学提供了理论支撑与实践依据。
