〔摘要〕 肝癌是我国常见恶性肿瘤之一，其发病过程可概括为“多因致病，癌毒致病，因虚致癌，因癌致虚，虚实夹杂”。潘敏求教授认为，肝癌的病机为“瘀、毒、虚”，三者互为因果，相兼为病，且在疾病发展的不同时期各有侧重，故临床治疗肝癌要明辨攻补时机，及时调整攻补关系，以“补益攻伐，相间而进”法为治疗总则。从“攻补”的角度论证潘敏求教授分期治疗肝癌的辨治思路及用药经验，并附验案一则加以阐明。

    〔Abstract〕 Liver cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in China， and its pathogenesis can be summarized as \"multiple factors contributing to the disease， cancer toxins causing illness， deficiency leading to cancer， cancer resulting in deficiency， and combined deficiency and excess\".
