〔摘要〕 本文从推康融合角度，针对小儿先天性肌性斜颈提出“衷中参西，诊评结合;推康融合，相须为用;调态固本，功能为先;灵活变通，随症调治;手手联动，杂合而康”的治疗思路，巧妙地将现代康复评估和治疗融入传统推拿，强调小儿斜颈“无评估不推拿”。此外，针对手法康复临床疗效不佳的患儿，主张推康贯穿全程，手术择期介入，形成“推-康-术，手手联动”模式，以实现最优临床疗效。该诊疗思路立足临床，以疗效为核心，以期为小儿先天性肌性斜颈的临床治疗提供新思路和新模式。
