〔摘要〕 探讨夙根伏痰理论在儿童病毒诱发哮喘三级防治中的应用。从伏痰的成因、哮喘夙根的发展等角度出发，立足于病毒诱发哮喘的中西医发病机制，将中医治未病理念贯穿于病毒诱发哮喘的三级防治的始终，探讨其一、二、三级防治的具体应用。一级防治是指在病毒感染引起首次喘息时，通过及时清除病邪、调理体质和扶正气等方式，消除高危因素，以防止哮喘的形成，达到未病先防的目的。二级防治是在哮喘确诊后进行早期治疗，以达到既病防变、防微杜渐的目的。三级防治是针对哮喘缓解期进行的防复措施，以防止病情复发。基于夙根伏痰理论并应用治未病思想对儿童病毒诱发哮喘进行分期、分级防治，截断哮喘伏痰结成、清除夙根可以减少或防止哮喘的发生发展，为病毒诱发哮喘防治提供思路和方法。
