〔摘要〕 黄疸是以面目发黄、身黄、小便黄为主要临床特征的一类疾病，张仲景在《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中提出治黄八法：邪郁肌表、营卫不和所导致的黄疸可选用汗法，胃脘部宿食、痰涎壅滞所导致的黄疸可选用吐法，胃肠有形实邪积滞所导致的黄疸可选用下法，少阳失和、半表半里所导致的黄疸可选用和法，寒邪在里所导致的黄疸可选用温法，热邪在里所导致的黄疸可选用清法，痰凝、水结、湿聚、气滞、瘀血、食积所致的癥瘕痞块导致的黄疸可选用消法，气血阴阳不足所导致的黄疸可选用补法。临床根据黄疸的病因病机和黄疸类型选择不同的治疗方法，可单独也可联合使用，不同临床阶段的患者临床疗效显著。
