〔摘要〕 大力发展中医药0～3岁婴幼儿托育服务对缓解我国“少子化”问题具有独特的现实价值。中医药作为中国传统文化的重要组成部分，其独特的理论体系和治疗手段在婴幼儿健康管理中展现出显著优势，能够有效减轻家庭的经济负担，提升婴幼儿的健康水平，从而提升家庭生育意愿。探讨中医药在婴幼儿托育服务中的作用，例如提供中药外用防病、小儿推拿、中医调理、知识普及、技术培训等服务。从社会职能、服务模式、标准体系、经营方式、突出中医药特色等角度，探索中医药0～3岁婴幼儿托育机构建设理念。通过深入挖掘中医药在婴幼儿健康管理中的潜力，推动中医药现代化应用，为解决中国“少子化”问题提供新的思路与实践路径。
