基于医案整理培养中医思维的中医基础理论课程教学模式探索

     〔摘要〕 本文以中医基础理论课程教学为例,结合医案整理,开展培养中医思维的教学模式探索。针对中医基础理论课程教学现状及中医思维培养模式的困境,指出在中医基础理论指导下的医案整理有助于培养学生的中医思维,认为学生自主学习是培养中医思维的前提,按照中医基础理论各章节梳理医案,建立医案检索平台,组织学生记录医案日志并进行讨论,健全中医思维培养评价体系,推行基于医案整理的中医基础理论课程教学模式。

    〔Abstract〕 This paper takes the course teaching of Basic Theory of Chinese Medicine as an example to explore a teaching mode that cultivates" Chinese medicine (CM) thinking through the compilation of medical records. In response to the current situation of course teaching of Basic Theory of Chinese Medicine and the challenges in cultivating CM thinking, it is pointed out that the compilation of medical records under the guidance of basic theory of CM is conducive to cultivating students' CM thinking.
