〔摘要〕 斑秃属于中医学“油风”“鬼剃头”等范畴。张元素“风升生”思想认为风邪为疾病的致病邪气之一，而风药具有升发阳气、调畅气机等作用。从该理论阐述斑秃病机，认为风邪为斑秃的关键致病因素，痰湿中阻、瘀血阻络、肝肾不足均为引动风邪之因;治则以升发阳气为主，采用清热润燥、化痰祛湿、活血化瘀、补益肝肾等治法。现代药理研究表明，风药通过调节免疫、抗炎、改善微循环等途径治疗斑秃，为“风升生”理论应用提供试验依据和新思路。
