基于线粒体能量代谢障碍从脾肾-脑论治儿童孤独症谱系障碍
〔摘要〕 中医学认为,脾肾与脑在生理上相互依存、协同作用,病理上亦相互影响。肾藏精生髓,髓聚为脑,依赖于脾主运化,而脾主运化水谷精微,亦滋养脑髓。脾肾功能失调,脑失滋养,直接影响脑神经的发育和功能,与儿童孤独症谱系障碍密切相关。现代医学认为,线粒体是细胞内的“能量工厂”,负责产生ATP,为细胞提供能量。线粒体能量代谢障碍会导致细胞能量供应不足,影响神经元的正常功能和突触连接,进而可能引发儿童孤独症谱系障碍等神经发育障碍。因此,基于脾肾-脑理论,从“线粒体能量代谢障碍”角度,进一步探讨脾肾-脑与线粒体能量代谢的相关性,为儿童孤独症谱系障碍的临床防治提供新的理论依据与实践思路。〔关键词〕 孤独症谱系障碍;线粒体;能量代谢;脾肾;脑
