〔摘要〕 强化“人民至上”理念，是引领新时代医学生坚定马克思主义人民立场、传承中华优秀传统文化和践行为人民服务宗旨的必然要求。医学院校应围绕医学生综合素质培养目标、落实立德树人根本任务、紧扣社会实际需求，将“人民至上”理念充分融入思想政治教育、课程思政建设、文化培育和实践教育等各个环节，塑造既有精湛专业技术、又有良好医德医风、勇于担负起时代重任的医学后备人才。
