〔摘要〕 原发性皮肤淀粉样变是指淀粉样蛋白沉积在真皮内的一类代谢性疾病，归属于中医学“顽癣”“松皮癣”范畴。席建元教授治疗原发性皮肤淀粉样变拥有丰富的临床经验，提出从“风、痰、瘀、虚”4种不同病机出发探讨疾病本质，将其主要分为风痰阻络、痰瘀互结、血虚风燥3种证型，临床上运用祛风通络、化痰祛瘀、养血润燥等治法，以缓解瘙痒、消除皮损，临床疗效显著。
