〔摘要〕 探讨择时治疗在前列腺癌治疗中的应用，并强调中医药在此治疗策略中的综合应用。重点分析择时治疗的基础机制，包括生物钟与癌症进展的关联、作用原理以及中医药对生物钟的理解和理论渊源，并综述目前择时治疗在前列腺癌中的应用情况。进一步探讨中医药在择时治疗中减轻毒副作用、提高疗效的潜力，并讨论当前研究的限制与临床挑战。
