〔摘要〕 当归补血汤系古代经典名方，由黄芪和当归两味中药组成，具有益气补血的功效，主要用于治疗气血两虚证。其应用形式多样(如汤剂、颗粒剂、丸剂、口服液剂)，可通过不同的机制发挥促进造血功能、心血管保护、调节免疫、抗肿瘤和抗纤维化等方面的药理作用，临床用于改善贫血、妇科调理、改善肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制、骨折术后康复及治疗糖尿病肾病等方面，均具有良好的疗效。从药学、药理作用、临床应用3个方面对当归补血汤最新研究进展进行系统的归纳和综述，以期为其进一步研究与应用提供借鉴。
