    [Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatetheefectsof moderate-intensityenduranceexerciseonsenileosteoporosis (SOP) throughtheNOD-likereceptor family pyrindomaincontainingprotein3 (NLRP3)/cysteineprotease-1 (Caspase-1)gasdermin D (GSDMD)signaling pathway.Methods Twenty-one18-month-old maleC57mice wererandomlydivided into three groups：the18- month-oldgroup，the2O-month-oldgroup，andtheexercisegroup，with seven mice ineach group.The SOPanimal model was replicatedusing naturallaged malemice，andanadditional seven six-month-old maleC57mice wereselectedas theyounggroup.
