    [Abstract]Mawangdui medicineembodiesprofound historicalandculturalconotations.While previousstudies havelaid adocumentaryfoundationforinterpretingitsmedicalculture，thereremainsampleopportunitytofurtherexploreitsontological， cognitive，andpracticaldimensionswithinthecontemporaryacademiclandscape.Buildingupontheresearchachievementsof previousscholars，thisstudyestablishesa\"oneentityandtheedimensions\"(ontology-cogntion-practice)theoreticalframework. Combinedwiththedualvalueperspectiveof \"use-existence\"ofhistoricalculturalheritageandfolowing thefiveguiding principlesof\"autenticity，systematicness，inovativeness，dyamicinheritance，andopenness\"，hestudyeconstructsthealue andsignificanceoftheMawangdui medicalculturesystemashistoricalandculturalheritagetoalignwithnewcultural contexts，socialenvironments，anddevelopmentaldemands.Thestudyfindsthatthroughvaluereconstruction，theMawangdui medicalculturesystemwastransformedintoadynamicculturalecosystemthatintegratestraditionalmedicinewisdomwith modemtechnologicalcivilization.ItnotonlyprovidesempiricalsupportfortracingthefundamentaltheoriesofChinese medicine ......
