    [Abstract]Thetheoryof\"qicirculation\"representsHUANGYuanyu'sinheritanceanddevelopmentoftheconceptsof Qimonismandharmonybetweenhumanandnature.Itformsathinking modelcenteredoncentralqiastheaxis，pivoting thefourphases，toelucidatehuman lifeactivities，diseasepathogenesis，andgudedisease treatment.Combining thesymptoms ofconstipation-predominantiritablebowelsyndrome(BS-C)，itisproposedhattherotcauseliesinthedisorderofcentral axisqimovement，withthecriticalinksmanifestedasGengjinBuchuan(dysfunctionoflungandlargeintestineqitrasiion) andMuyuJinni (liverqistagnationwithupwardrebellionoflungqi).Thedepletionofyangrotandyinessenceare contributigfactorstothechronicityofthecondition，closelyassociatedwithqimovementdisorder，dampnessinthemiddle jiao，andintestinaldryness.Thispaperhassummarized’themethodsoftreating IS-Cfromtheperspectivesofqidampess， anddrynes，aimingtorestoretheascendinganddescendingfunctionsofthecentralaxisqimovement ......
