    [Abstract]Objective Toexploretheapplicationvalueofthe\"sandwich\"teaching system intheresidencytraining for urologicalresidents.MethodsBasedontheresidenttrainingmanagementplanofourhospital，atotalof22Ourological residentsundergoingclinicalrotationintheFirstHospitalof HunanUniversityofChineseMedicinefromNovember2022to September 2O24wereselectedforthestudy.Acording totheresidencyrotationrequirements，eachtrainingcyclelastedone month，andallresidentsinagivencyclewereconsideredasingleresearchgroup.Allresearchgroupswereequallydivided into twogroups (thecontrol groupand theexperimental group)byrandomsampling method，withatotalof22researchgroups. All residentswereunawareoftheirgroupasignments.Theexperimental groupwastaughtbythe\"sandwich\"teachingsystem， whilethecontrolgroupadoptedthetraditional teachingsystem.Aftertheteaching，questionnairesurveysandassssentswere conductedtoevaluatetheteaching efctivenessof both groups.ResultsTheassessmentscoresoftheexperimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (Pgt;0.05) .In terms of recognition of the teaching system ......
