    [Abstract]Pain-anxietycomorbidityisaconditioncharacterizedbythecoexistenceof chronicpainandanxiety.Thetheory of\"yang transformsintoqi，yinformsintoshape\"explainsthebodysmaterialandfunctionalaspects，andthemechanismofthis diseasecanbeexplainedbytheinsuficiencyof\"yangtransformsintoqiandtheexcessof\"yinformsintoshape\".Tuinaoffers significantpotentialforeatingthedsease.Basedontistory，tepapertheoreticallyexplorestefundamentalsoftereatent of pain-anxietycomorbiditiesusingtuinatechniquessuchaskneading torelaxmuscles，pressingtorelievepainandruingto promotebloodcirculation，alongsideexercises toaleviateanxiety.Bycombiningthesemanipulationandexercisetechiques，the treatmentaims toregulatefoandqi，balanceyinandyang，andultimatelysuppesspainandreduceanxietyprovidinganovel approach for clinical treatment of pain-anxiety comorbidity.
