    [Abstract]Ovarian cancerisoneof the common malignant tumors of the female reproductive system in China，and Chinese medicinedemonstratesdistincttherapeuticadvantages.Basedonhisclinicalexperience，ProfessorPANMinqiu，theNatioalM Master，believesthatteouenceanddevelopmentofovariancanceraretersultoftecomprehensiveinteractionandmutual influenceamongthezang-fuorgans，meridians，andthethre factorsof\"bodydeficiency，cancertoxin，andbloodstasis\".The diseaseislocatedintheovariesandiscloselyrelatedtotheliver，splenandkidneys.Itisproposedthattreatmentshouldbe basedonthetheoryof\"pathogenesisdiferentiationandtreatment\"，withstagedinterventions.Intheearlystage，thefocusis primarilyonreinforcing healthyqi，supplementedbyeliminatingpathogenicfactors，employingmodifiedPishenFormulaasthe empiricalformula.Inthemiddletolatestages，emphasisisplacedonreducing toxinandenhancingeficacy.Therefore，an empiricalformula，modified ShaofuZhuyu Decoctioncombinedwith XiayuxueDecoction，hasbeenclinicallappliedwith significant therapeutic effects.
