    [Abstract]KneeOsteoarthritis (KOA)isaprevalentchronic jointdisorder，thepathogenesisof which iscloselyasociated withmitochondrialdysfunctionandtheimbalanceof\"mysteriousmansion(thegatewaysofqiascending，descending，exitingand enteringinthebody)qiandfluids\"inChineseMedicine.Thisstudyintegratesthemechanismofmitochondrialqualitycontrolwith the TCMtheoryof \"mysterious mansion-qiandfluids\"to proposeanoveltherapeuticappoach forKOA.Threecore TCMtreatment methodsare introduced：using pungent-dispersingmedicines toopen mysteriousmansion，eliminatingdampnessandunblocking collateralstosmothmysteriousmansion，andeploingtoifyingmethodtohancemysteriousmansionsfunction.Byrgulating theopeningandclosingoftheXuanFu，itpromotestheoperationofQi，bloodandbodyfluids，andthusimprovesmitocondrial function.Inthispaper，fromtheperspectiveofmitochondrialqualitycontrolimbalance，theintrinsicconnectionbetween mitochondrialfunctionandthetheoryof\"mysteriousmansion-qiandfluidsisexploredindepth ......
