    [Abstract]Thetreatmentof multiple systematrophy (MSA)is discussdfromthe perspectives ofbrain marrow-brainqi-brain spirit-brainorifice.ItisbelievedthatthedepletionofbrainmarowconstitutestherootofpathogeneticmechanismofMSA，the disorderofbrainqirepresentsitspathologicalmanifestation，thedysfunctionofbrainspiritservesasthedrivingforcebehind diseaseprogresionandthedisturbanceofbrainorfiepresentstheexcessmanifestation.Precisetreatmentstrategiesarealored accordingtotherelativeseverityofthefouraspectsofrainmarow-brainqi-brainspirit-brainorfice.Thefundamentaltherapeutic approach focusesontonifyingthekidneysandreplenishingessncetonourishthebrainmarow.Dependingonthediseasestage andthepredominantsymptoms，adjunctivetherapiesmaybeemployed，includingegulatingandtonifyingbrainqitosothqi movementcalmingandnourishingthemind torestorefunctionalactiviesofspirit，aswellasresolvingphlegmandeliiating bloodstasis toopentheblockedorfice.Thisapproachaimstoachieveacomprehensiveefectthataddresssboththerootcause andthemanifestationsofthedisease.Averifiedmedicalrecordisappendedbelowforthereferenceandbenefitoffelow practitioners. ......
