    [Abstract]Myastheniagravis (MG)fallsunder thecategoryof\"wei-flacciditypatem\"in Chinese medicine.TCMtreatmentof MGhasdemonstratedremarkableeficacyandfavorableprognosis.Whilemodern medicine believesthatMGisarefractory autoimmunedisease，andthereisnoeectivecure.ThroughouthistorymanyTCMpractionershaveaproachedthediertion andtreatmentofMGprimarilyfromtheperspectiveofvisceralpateidentificationsystems，butrarelyincludeditintetheyin andthreeyangpateridentificationofsixmeridianssystemfordiscussion.The\"opening-closing-pivotingtheoryofthreeyinnd threeyang\"wasfirstrecordedintheHuangDiNeiJing(Huangdi'sClassicofMedicine).Itscoreliesinthatiftheopeningclosing-pivotingfunctionisoral，teqimovementofscendingdesendingnteringandexitingcanbemaintaineddei transformationofyinandyangcanbebalancedMGcanbecausedbythedysfunctionoftheopening-closing-pivotingfunction，the imbalanceofdngedscedtenditndtrucofiloodndedsInis pathogenesisandtreatmentofMGareanalyzedundertheguidanceofthe\"opening-closing-pivotingtheoryofthreeyinandtree yang\" ......
