    [Abstract]Objective To developan humanisticnursing evaluation scale integrating Chineseandwesternmedicine for intensivecareunits (ICU)andtestitsreliabityandvalidity.Methods ThescalewasdevelopedusingliteraturereviewemistructuredinterviewsandtheDelphiexpertconsultationmethodICUnursingstaffwereselectedforasurveyandheeliability andvalidityof thescalewereanalyzed.Results Theefectiveresponseratesofthetworoundsofexpertconsultationwere 100% (2号 and93.7%，respectivelyurityefients(C)ofteexpertsee913nd917ndKendal'sofentofodnce (Kendal'sW)were0.275and0.318，respectively.TheKaiser-Meyer-Olkin(KMO)valuesforeachdimensionrangedfrom0.652to 0.912.Five common factors were extracted， with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 62.04% .The overall Cronbach's α coefficient of the questionnaire was O.939，and Cronbach's α coefficients for each dimension ranged from O.778 to O.942. The splithalf reliabilityoftheoverallscalewasO.838，andthatofeachdimensionrangedfrom0.66to0.915.TheS-CVIwas0.979 ......
