    [Abstract]Thispapersummarizes Profesor ZHU Zhenhua'sclinical experienceintreatingpediatriccombined alergic rhinitisandasthmasyndrome(CARAS).Profesor ZHUproposesthatthepathogenesisofCARASinchildren ischaracterized byconstitutionaldeficiencyoflung，spleen，andkidneyasthefundamentalbasis，internalretentionofphlegm-dampessas thecoremechanism，andwindpathogenasthetriggering factor.Intermsoftreatment，Professr ZHUZhenhuaproposesthe strategyoftreatmentbystages：duringthepre-onsetstage，thetherapyfocusesondispelingwind，unblockingorfces，and strengthening spleentoresolvephlegm，using modified Yupingfeng Powdercombinedwith Shenling Tongqiao Powder;during theatackstage，treatmentsaretailoredtopattrnpaterns(wind-coldinvadinglung ......
