    [Abstract]Diabetic nephropathyisacommon complication ofdiabetes melitus and belongs to thecategoryof wasting and thirstdisordersinTCM.Chinesemedicinehasuniqueeficacyinthetreatmentofdiabeticnephropathynditisiportntto clarifythediseasemechanismtoguideclinicaltreatmentTepathogenesisofdiabeticnephropathyisoftencharacterizedasa combinationofdeficiencyattherootandexcessinthemanifestationThetransformationpatternof“deficiency-stagnationaccumulation”corespondstothepathologicalbasisofthisdiseaseprogressingfrodeficiencytoexcessDiabeticnepropathy mainlyinvolvesdeficincofspenandidney，leadingtodisorderedqisagnatinginthemeridiansandcollteralsichtu results inaccumulationofvariouspathologicalproductsanddamagetocollterals.Thesefactorsleadthediseaseintoitsterminal stage.Intermsoftreatmentthrapeuticstrategiesshouldbetilordtothunderlyingpathogenesiswithsagedinterventiostat appropriatelycombinethemethodssuchastonifyingthesplenand kidney ......
