    Mechanism of Xiao Xiefei Decoction on lung adenocarcinoma based on network pharmacology and in vitro experimental validation

    [Abstract]ObjectiveTo explore thepotential targetsand mechanismsof Xiao Xiefei Decoction(XXFD)inthetreatmentof lungadenocarcinomabasedonnetworkpharmacologyfollowedbyinvivoexperimentalvalidationMethodsEfectivechemical componentsofXXFDandtheircorrespondingtargetswereobtainedfrom TCMSPandUniProtdatabases,aswellasliterature sources.Lungadenocarcinoma-related targets wereidentifiedusingthe GeneCardsandOMIM databases.Venny2.1.0wasusedto determinetheoverlapping targetsbetween thedrugandthedisease,representingthepotentialtargetsofXXFDintreatinglung adenocarcinomaAprotein-proteininteraction(PPI networkwasconstructedusingSTRINGdatabaseandCytoscape3.9.1softwareto identifykeytargets.GOfunctionalandKEGGenrichmentanalysesoftheintersecting targetswereperformedusingDAVID database.Acomponent-target-pathwaynetworkof XXFDinthetreatment oflungadenocarcinoma wasconstructedusing Cytoscape 3.9.lsoftware.Aninvivosubcutaneous xenograft tumor model wasestablishedinnudemice ......
