【摘要】近年来医患关系日趋紧张,医疗纠纷的发生率呈逐年上升之势。本文试从缩短患者平均住院日为入手点,探讨其效能,包括降低住院费用、减少入院患者等候时间、促进诊疗规范化、减轻患者家属负担等等。平均住院日的缩短,在给患者及医疗机构带来诸多好处的同时,也使医疗纠纷的发生率有所降低。

    Decreasing the Medical Disputes take Advantage of Reducing the Average Length of Stay

    【Abstract】 Physician-patient relationship has become strained at present;the incidence of medical disputes is rising day by day.This paper takes a focus of attention on the average hospital stay;basis on it discussed the following items:reducing hospitalization costs,reduce waiting time,promote standardization of treatment,and reduce the burden on family members of patients and so on.
