高压氧综合康复治疗对脑出血患者的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察高压氧综合康复治疗脑出血的临床疗效。方法 我院2006年1月至2008年12月住院治疗的脑出血患者60例,随机分为2组,对照组采用常规治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用高压氧治疗;比较2组治疗的临床疗效。结果 高压氧综合康复治疗能明显提高治疗有效率、降低神经功能缺损评分、提高日常生活活动能力。结论 高压氧综合康复治疗可促进脑出血患者肢体运动功能的恢复。

【Abstract】 Objective Observe the clinical curative effect for cerebral hemorrhage from comprehensive rehabilitation of HBO(hyperbaric oxygen).Methods 60 cerebral hemorrhage patients treated in our hospital from January,2006 to December,2008 are divided into two groups.The routine treatment is used for the control group and the HBO treatment is added for treatment group based on the control group in order to compare the clinical curative effect of these two groups.Results Comprehensive rehabilitation of HBO can improve the efficiency obviously and reduce the nervous function defect score as well as increase the routine living capability.Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation of HBO can facilitate the motion function recovery of limb for cerebral hemorrhage patient.
