【摘要】目的 快速查找食物中毒原因。方法 根据临床表现、流行病学调查制定实验室检测项目并作出检测。结果 从剩余食物、患者肛拭及粪便中检出丙型副伤寒沙门菌。结论 由实验室检测得知,该起食物中毒事件是由丙型副伤寒沙门菌引起。
