【摘要】目的探讨微创经皮钢板固定技术(MIPPO)治疗胫骨远端骨折的方法和临床疗效。方法我院2008年6～12月期间收治胫骨远端骨折30例,采用间接复位,经皮植入AO新型干骺端锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,术后不辅以其它固定,随访观察其临床效果。结果 该组患者经治疗后,29例切口达到一级愈合,29例在术后3～6个月骨折愈合,踝关节评分优16例,良20例,总优良率为86.7%。结论MIPPO治疗胫骨远端骨折具有创伤小、恢复快、可早期进行功能锻炼的优点,是治疗胫骨远端骨折的有效方法。
