【摘要】目的探讨护理程序在肝硬化患者中的护理效果,总结护理经验,提高患者生活质量。方法将80例肝硬化患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组患者采用护理程序,对照组采用传统的护理方法,比较2组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的生活质量、焦虑和抑郁等都好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护理程序应用于肝硬化患者中,可以提高患者生活质量,减少心理问题的发生,值得临床推广应用。
