【摘要】目的 比较利多卡因配伍阿托品与双氯芬酸纳在人工流产术中的减痛效果及并发症的发生率。方法 将640例孕6～10周要求人工流产的孕妇随机分为A、B2组。A组利多卡因5mL+阿托品1.0mL宫颈局部注射,B组术前肛塞双氯芬酸纳50mg,比较2组减痛效果,宫颈松弛度,人工流产综合征发生率,平均出血量。结果 A组孕妇术中疼痛明显轻于B组(P<0.05),人工流产综合征低于对照组。结论 利多卡因配伍阿托品减痛效果好,并发症少,简单、安全,值得推广。
