髋臼粉碎性骨折的手术方式及疗效评价(2)
综上所述,手术是治疗有移位的髋臼粉碎性骨折的有效方法。术前全面检查、对骨折类型仔细研究、选择恰当入路、手术全程无创操作、保护主要血管神经、良好复位、有效内固定、术后正确的处理及早期功能锻炼都是保证手术成功的重要环节。
