【摘要】目的对一起食物中毒进行实验室检验。方法按照中华人民共和国卫生部颁布的《食品卫生微生物学检验方法》GB/T4789.4～2008进行。结果在呕吐物中检出一株甲型副伤寒沙门氏菌。结论本次食物中毒是由甲型副伤寒沙门氏菌引起的。
