【摘要】目的探讨锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院近年来收治的87例胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料。结果治疗组优良率为86.67%,对照组优良率为78.57%,2组患者的膝功能Merchant评分经统计学分析,有明显差异性,P<0.05。结论锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效更为确切,值得临床推广使用。

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the clinical results of tibial plateau fractures treated with locking compression plate(LCP).Methods retrospective in recent years were 87 patients with fracture of tibial plateau clinical data.Resultstreatment group is excellent for intellectual,control for 78.57%,two sets of patients knee function by statistical analysis,the Merchant ratings have obvious difference,p<0.05.Conclusionlocking plate tibial plateau fracture is more precise,clinical curative effect.
