【摘要】 目的探讨老年血液透析患者临床护理的特殊性及相应措施。方法回顾性分析我院于2006年2月至2009年10月收治的51例老年血液透析患者的临床护理资料,总结合理的护理措施。结果大多数患者都能保持良好的精神状态,主动配合治疗,降低了并发症的发生,提高了生存质量。结论针对老年患者的生理、心理特点及不同的家庭社会环境,采取细致入微的临床护理是十分重要的。

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveOf elderly hemodialysis patients and the clinical care of special measures.MethodsRetrospective analysis of our hospital in February 2006～October 2009 to 29 elderly patients admitted to hemodialysis clinical nursing data,nursing a reasonable conclusion.ResultsMost patients can maintain good mental state,with active treatment reduced the incidence of complications and improve quality of life.ConclusionFor elderly patients with physical,psychological characteristics and different family and social environment,attention to detail to the clinical care is very important.
