【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内镜下重塑鼻腔结构治疗鼻解剖变异及黏膜接触点头痛临床疗效。方法对2006年1月至2009年12月我院收治的82例鼻解剖变异及黏膜接触点头痛患者行CT扫描和鼻内镜检查进行鼻解剖结构评估,经药物治疗2个月后无效者采取鼻内镜下选择性多结构重塑手术治疗,术后观察半年,评估疗效。结果82例患者治愈64例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率96.34%。结论鼻中隔、中(下)鼻甲、钩突、筛泡等解剖变异是黏膜接触点头痛主要原因,鼻内窥镜下重塑鼻腔结构治疗由其引起的鼻源性头痛,效果满意,值得临床推广。
