【摘要】目的探讨伊曲康唑和达克宁治疗阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效。方法选取我院就诊的阴道炎患者126例,随机分为2组,伊曲康唑组(A组)和达克宁组(B组),对2组的临床疗效进行比较。结果停药1周后,A组治愈53例,总有效率95.4%;B组治愈30例,总有效率78.7%,2组患者总有效率有显著性差别。(P<0.05)。结论伊曲康唑与达克宁治疗阴道假丝酵母菌病疗效比较,伊曲康唑治疗阴道假丝酵母菌病疗效优于达克宁,而且具有疗程短、疗效显著,复发率低及无明显不良反应的作用,值得临床推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate itraconazole and Miconazole treatment of vaginal candidiasis clinical efficacy.Methods 126 cases of vaginitis were randomly divided into the itraconazole group (A group) and Miconazole Nitrate group (B group),the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results A total effective rate was significantly better than the B group (P<0.05).Conclusion Itraconazole treatment of vaginal candidiasis effective than Miconazole,and has a short duration of effect is significant, the recurrence rate is low and no significant adverse effects,worthy of clinical application. ......
