泽泻汤加味配合西药治疗颈性眩晕临床对比观察

【摘要】目的观察泽泻汤配合西药治疗颈性眩晕的治疗效果。方法将符合颈性眩晕诊断的患者84例随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例,观察组采用泽泻汤加味与敏使朗治疗,对照组只采用敏使朗治疗,14d为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效。结果观察组治愈0例、显效32例、有效9例、无效1例,有效率97.6%,对照组分别为19、20、3例,92.8%,2组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论泽泻汤加味配合西药治疗颈性眩晕可以明显提高疗效。
