【摘要】 目的探讨循证护理模式在改善肺结核患者体质及情绪状态的效果。方法选取2008年1月至2010年10月于本院进行治疗的64例肺结核患者为研究对象,将其随机均分为对照组(常规护理组)32例和观察组(循证护理组)32例,后将2组患者治疗护理前后的APACHEⅡ评分、HAMA及HAMD评分结果进行统计及比较。结果经研究比较发现,护理后观察组的APACHEⅡ评分、HAMA及HAMD评分均优于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论循证护理模式在改善肺结核治疗过程中患者体质及情绪状态的效果明显,值得临床推广应用。
