【摘要】 目的分析65例神经外科意识障碍病人躁动原因及采取的对策。方法按照病人入院时间编号,GCS评分评定意识障碍,查找原因,分析危害,观察解决效果。结果65例病人分别采取医疗手段和护理手段,消除或减轻因不同躁动原因所致的危害。结论对于意识障碍病人而言,准确判断其躁动原因,积极采取预防措施,对于保证病人安全、避免医疗纠纷、促进病人康复至关重要。
