【摘要】 目的观察充血性心力衰竭患者体内凝血系统的改变情况。方法将60例充血性心力衰竭患者作为观察组,60例正常人作为对照组,检测2组血浆血管性假性血友病因子(vWF)、D-二聚体(DD)和尿纤维蛋白肽A(uFPA)水平,并进行比较。结果充血性心力衰竭患者体内上述指标水平与对照组相比,均有显著性差异(P<0.01),且随心功能分级的升高而升高。结论充血性心力衰竭患者体内存在不同程度的高凝状态,有血栓形成的倾向。
