布地奈德治疗婴幼儿哮喘40例疗效观察

【摘要】 目的对比观察布地奈德联合博利康尼雾化溶液治疗婴幼儿哮喘的疗效。方法通过随机分组,对40例婴幼儿哮喘急性发作进行布地奈德加博利康尼雾化溶液雾化吸入治疗,另40例用甲基强的松龙静点加博利康尼雾化溶液吸入治疗,观察用药前、用药后患儿症状体征(呼吸困难、咳嗽、喘息、喘鸣音)改善情况。结果实验组治疗后1h各症状体征评分的改善分数为:呼吸困难1.1、咳嗽1.1、喘息1.4、喘鸣音1.4;对照组分别为0.9、0.7、1.0、0.9分;实验组各症状体征改善分数明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对哮喘急性发作患儿,雾化吸入布地奈德和博利康尼雾化溶液联合应用疗效优于静点甲基强的松龙加雾化吸入博利康尼雾化溶液。
