皮肤创伤在胚胎内外愈合过程中基因差异表达分析

【摘要】目的 了解在胚胎内外愈合过程中不同动物模型皮肤的基因表达差异，探讨基因表达差异的分布及来源。方法 进行兔动物模型的建立并收集胎兔和成兔创伤后愈合皮肤，采用基因芯片技术进行检测。采用SPSS13.0统计分析软件进行分析。结果 基因芯片检测结果显示，基因表达差异总数为132，结论 在胚胎内外愈合过程中动物模型不同皮肤的基因表达存在差异。
